Order Fulfillment & Delivery
All products are made to order. Most orders are fulfilled within 3–7 business days before shipping.
Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

USA: 3–4 business days

Europe: 6–8 business days

International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Orders are produced and shipped from the fulfillment facility closest to you for efficiency.
My Order Is Delayed — What Should I Do?
Before contacting support, please:

Double-check your shipping confirmation email for address errors

Contact your local post office

Check with neighbors in case it was delivered nearby
If your shipping address was correct and the package still hasn’t arrived, contact us at bruce@gasmaskgang.com with your order number and we’ll help you sort it out.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Buyer’s remorse

Color preference changes

Ordering the wrong item
Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
To qualify:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number

Include clear photos of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution where applicable.
Incorrect Address
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned:

You will be responsible for reshipping costs

If the package cannot be reshipped, no refund will be issued
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to the fulfillment facility:

You will be responsible for reshipping costs

If reshipping is not requested, the item may be donated after a holding period

Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed orders
EU Consumer Notice
Items that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for return under EU consumer withdrawal laws.
